Refund Policy for Tour Packages

At GOGLOBAL TRAVEL AND TOURS (“GOGLOBAL”), we strive to offer the best travel experiences for our valued customers. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy aims to be fair and transparent for all tour package bookings.

1. General Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email or through your booking agent.

  • Refunds are subject to deductions for any non-refundable components (e.g., air tickets, hotel bookings, visa fees, service charges).

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the request is approved and all documentation is complete.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler

Time of Cancellation Before Departure Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days 80% refund of the total amount
15 to 30 days 50% refund of the total amount
7 to 14 days 25% refund of the total amount
Less than 7 days No refund

Note: In case of a no-show or cancellation after departure, no refund will be applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Visa fees and processing charges

  • Travel insurance

  • Air tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline

  • Hotel reservations with non-refundable terms

  • Any government taxes or third-party service charges

4. Changes or Cancellations by GOGLOBAL

If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low group participation, natural disaster, political unrest):

  • A full refund will be issued, OR

  • The customer may choose to transfer the payment to a future tour package without penalty.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

6. Special Considerations

  • Partial refunds may be granted in exceptional cases such as serious medical emergencies, subject to management approval and valid documentation.

  • Any refund decision made by GOGLOBAL management will be final.

 

Refund Policy for Air Tickets

At GOGLOBAL TRAVEL AND TOURS (“GOGLOBAL”), we act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, assisting in the reservation and issuance of both domestic and international air tickets. Refunds on air tickets are strictly governed by the policies of the respective airlines.

1. General Terms

  • All air ticket refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or directly through your travel consultant.

  • Refund eligibility is based on the fare rules of the airline at the time of booking.

  • GOGLOBAL is not responsible for any airline-imposed restrictions or delays in processing refunds.

2. Types of Airfare and Refundability

Refundable Tickets Eligible for refund, subject to airline policy and applicable fees.
Non-Refundable Tickets No refund permitted by airline; only applicable taxes may be refunded in some cases.
Partially Used Tickets Refunds (if allowed by airline) are based on the unused portion and fare rules.

3. Airline Cancellation or Schedule Change

If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight:

  • GOGLOBAL will assist you in securing a refund or alternate travel arrangement as permitted by the airline.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the airline’s internal policies.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once approved by the airline, refunds may take 4 to 8 weeks to reflect in your account.

  • GOGLOBAL will update you once the refund has been processed and forwarded by the airline.

5. Service Charges

  • GOGLOBAL reserves the right to charge a service fee for handling refund requests, regardless of airline policies.

  • This fee will be communicated at the time of refund request submission.

6. Force Majeure Events

No refund shall be granted in cases of cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., war, natural disaster, pandemic, political unrest), except as allowed by the airline policy.
