Cancellation Policy for Tour Packages and Air Tickets

Effective Date: 22 April 2025

At GOGLOBAL TRAVEL AND TOURS (“GOGLOBAL”), we understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring a smooth experience. Below is the cancellation policy for both Tour Packages and Air Tickets.


1. Cancellation Policy for Tour Packages

By the Traveler

  • More than 30 Days Before Departure:
    A full refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable service fees or charges (e.g., visa processing fees, travel insurance, etc.).

  • 15 to 30 Days Before Departure:
    A 50% refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable components.

  • 7 to 14 Days Before Departure:
    A 25% refund will be provided, minus any non-refundable fees or charges.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure:
    No refund will be provided.

  • No-Show or Cancellation After Departure:
    No refund will be provided.

Note: Refunds for tour packages are subject to the cancellation policies of third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Certain services such as special tours, events, or activities may be non-refundable even if canceled within the allowed time frame.

By GOGLOBAL

  • Cancellation by GOGLOBAL: If GOGLOBAL cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as low group participation, natural disasters, or political instability, a full refund will be issued to the traveler.

  • Alternative Arrangements: Alternatively, the traveler may choose to transfer the booking to a future tour package without any penalty.


2. Cancellation Policy for Air Tickets

By the Traveler

  • Refundable Tickets:
    If the airline allows a refund, travelers can receive a full refund, minus any cancellation or processing fees imposed by the airline or GOGLOBAL.

  • Non-Refundable Tickets:
    Tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline are not eligible for refunds. However, travelers may be eligible for a refund of certain taxes and charges (subject to airline policies).

  • Partially Used Tickets:
    If the ticket has been partially used, a refund may be issued for the unused portion, minus any applicable fees or charges, as per the airline's policy.

  • Cancellation Fees:
    Any cancellations made after the booking may incur a service fee imposed by GOGLOBAL and/or the airline, which will be deducted from the refund.

By the Airline

  • Flight Cancellations or Schedule Changes by the Airline:
    If the airline cancels or significantly alters your flight, GOGLOBAL will assist you in securing a refund or alternative travel arrangements, depending on the airline's policy.

  • Airline-initiated Cancellations: If the airline cancels or reschedules the flight significantly (e.g., more than 12 hours), travelers are entitled to a full refund as per the airline's refund policy.
